PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a raw material of a laminate film of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin which has higher strength by enhancing adhesion of an ethylene- vinyl alcohol copolymer resin with a synthetic resin base material. SOLUTION: An adhesive in which a polyurethane-based adhesive is a main component and an epoxy-based adhesive is a curing component, is applied to the surface of a base material consisting of a film made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate. Then, an alcohol solution of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin is applied to the surface of the adhesive layer of a semicuring state. The coating film consisting of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin is formed by drying and curing both the coating film of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin and the adhesive layer and unifying them with the base material.
