PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice commander capable of more easily performing various kinds of control of inside devices including game machines in a pachinko hall or various kinds of requests or reports to the inside devices. SOLUTION: This voice commander extracts a character string from the voice of a player through a head set 5, reception part 21, phoneme extracting part 23 and main control circuit 25 and when the extracted character string is coincident with a previously stored word, a control signal or contact signal corresponding to this word is outputted to a pachinko machine 50, additional device 71 and amusement place managing computer 91. Therefore, since the player can perform various kinds of control of the pachinko machine 50 and additional device 71 and various kinds of requests or reports to the pachinko HALL in voice without executing any complicated key operation or the like, convenience is extremely improved. Therefore, this device can be utilized easily even for the aged person or beginner.
