PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice milling device of a type which executes rice milling by circulating rice in a mesh-like rice milling vessel and is capable of executing rice milling at a desired polishing degree. SOLUTION: The rice milling vessel consisting of a metallic net-like material having the mesh smaller than the mesh of rice gains is internally provided rotatably with rice milling vanes 13. The rice milling is executed by rotating these rice milling vanes 13 by means of a motor 2. The device is provided with a rice milling quantity setting means which sets the quantity of the rice to be fed into the rice milling vessel 15 and a polishing degree setting means for setting the desired polishing degree. The driving of the motor 3 is so controlled as to be automatically stopped in the time meeting the rice milling quantify and polishing degree given by both setting means.
