PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembling work of a pachinko game machine by unitizing parts such as ball delivering unit, supply chute and ball discharging trough. SOLUTION: In a pachinko game machine provided with a backside mechanism 6 on the backside of a playing board, and in the backside mechanism 6 with a ball delivering unit 13 to deliver a predetermined number of pinballs, a supply trough 12 to supply pinballs to the ball delivering unit 13, a ball discharging chute 14 to lead pinball balls delivered from the ball delivering unit 13 to a hitting ball supply tray 14, and a winning ball discharging unit 24 to discharge a winning ball out of the machine, the ball delivering unit 13, the ball discharging chute 14 and the winning ball discharging unit 24 are unitized.
