PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger trainer which is a fun and urges exercise of fingers including finger joints. SOLUTION: This finger trainer has a shape almost like an egg as a whole. A pair of conical side units 200 are connected to side faces of an almost cylindrical core unit placed in the central part in the longitudinal direction of the finger trainer. Each side unit has roundness on the top part of the conical shape to be suitable for abutting on the palm of a user. The conical edge part has a size suitable to be gripped by opened five fingers of the user and the top has depth not to be in contact with the user's palm when the user hold the edge part by five fingers. The core unit 100 has plural light emitting elements placed at positions corresponding to the user's five fingers, plural switches placed at positions corresponding to the light emitting elements and move corresponding to the user's five finger operation, a light control circuit to selectively light ON the light emitting elements controlled by a prescribed program, and a power source.
