PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective amount of drug to be released by fixing drug to a water swelling high molecular gel via a decompositing group whose principle chain is cut by enzyme reaction and a spacer to form the medical high molecular gel. SOLUTION: This medical high molecular gel is formed by bonding a water swelling high molecular gel A, a spacer B, a decompositing group C whose principle chain is cut by enzyme reaction at a nidus, and a drug D in the bonding form of A-B-C-D. The water swelling high molecular gel A is swelled in body fluid such as blood or liquid similar to the body fluid. The spacer B controls reactivity between enzyme and the decompositing group. The main chain of the decompositing group C is cut by the enzyme existing at the nidus portion, for example, the main chain is specifically cut by elastase. The drug D can be suitably selected according to application, and disinfectant or the like is used for wound covering material. This structure enables an effective amount of treatment of drug to be released only at the nidus where the enzyme is generated. |
