PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of stably forming an image by easily compensating the individual difference among a plurality of components. SOLUTION: A plurality of laser beams oscillated form a plurality of laser oscillator of a laser exposing device 10 are reflected by a polygon mirror so as to expose the surface of photosensitive drum 12 for forming a electrostatic latent image. A CPU detects the image density of a toner image formed on the light sensitive drum by a laser beam oscillated by either one of the laser oscillators with an image density sensor 20, and stores the detected image density in a memory as a reference value. Then, the CPU adjusts the light outputs from the other laser oscillators individually such that the image density of the toner images formed by the laser beams oscillated by the other laser oscillators coincide with the reference value. |
