<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club which can be made in good toe and heel balance by distributing the weight to the farthest end to the toe and the farthest end to the heel of the head main body. SOLUTION: This golf club is equipped with a head main body 2 and a shaft 4 to support the head 2. A shaft hole 8 into which the shaft tip end part 4a can be inserted and fixed is formed in the heel side of the head main body 2. The toe side D1 of the head main body 2 is formed heavier than the heel side D2. A mass body with weight more than 8% of the gross weight of the head main body 2 is inserted into the shaft hole 8 positioned in the most heel side. The mass body is constituted of the shaft tip end part inserted into the shaft hole 8, a weight 16 equipped on the shaft tip end part 4a, and a plug 20 equipped on the sole 18 side of the head main body 2 to clog the shaft hole 8.</p> |
