PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish body-cutting up blade cutting up body of fish in an excellent workability capable of properly and efficiently cutting up the raw and defrosted body of fish along the back bone and a fish body-cutting up apparatus excellent in productivity, capable of automatically and efficiently cutting up body of fishes in a short utilizing time of this blade. SOLUTION: This body of fish cutting up apparatus is characterized by installing the body of fish cutting blade 1 which is formed by mounting the blade part 3 at least one end of base part 2 formed as an endless belt, as mobile by the cutting blade driving mean 41.
