PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to be readily transferred to a higher place without requiring an exclusive working machine for a higher place and to be quickly lowered to a lower place according to a working state in performing an agricul tural work at the higher place such as fruit growing. SOLUTION: This agricultural working vehicle has a second seat 21 in rear of an operating seat 15 of a tractor 10 through a parallel link mechanism 22 and the second seat 21 is formed to be transferable to up and down by an action of a hydraulic cylinder. When the second seat 21 is raised to the highest position, a height of the second seat 21 is made higher than the operating seat 15 and when the second seat 21 is lowered to the lowest position, a height of the second seat 21 is made lower than the operating seat 15.
