PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming working device for plume for trousers with which one corner part at the top end part of a plume can be cut into uniform circular arc at all the time. SOLUTION: A plume 1 moved on a moving table is pressed and held with the top ends of presser rods 31 and 31 attached under four corners of a support 32 while moving these rods downward through a holding part 11a, next, one corner part at the top end part of the plume 1 is cut into circular arc by a cutter 4 while turning the rear part of the support 3 with a pin 37 at the top end part as a supporting point by hauling a rod 42 to be operated by a pressure cylinder, and an edge part cut into circular arc is hemmed by a needle 5 of sewing machine.
