PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth a bending action when a crawler body is wound and unwound on a drive wheel and to prolong the life of the crawler body by arranging the lugs provided on the outer peripheral side of the crawler body dividedly outward on both the right and left except for the center position where engaging holes are aligned in zigzag in the peripheral direction. SOLUTION: Multiple width direction reinforcing bodies 2 made of a metal and formed slenderly in the width direction are buried at the prescribed intervals in the peripheral direction in a crawler body 3 formed with an elastic material such as rubber or a resin into an endless shape to form an elastic crawler 1. Multiple engaging holes 4 are provided at the prescribed intervals in the peripheral direction to penetrate the surface and back face at the center section in the width direction of the crawler body 3. Multiple lugs 7 are provided at adjacent positions on the right and left of the engaging holes 4, and the lugs 7 are provided in an asymmetrical layout drifted by a half-pitch in the peripheral direction of the crawler body 3 to present a zigzag pattern across the center position P as a whole.
