<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield and production ability by preparing a plurality of saw-cutting plans by strapping a plurality of orders for each of a plurality of copper pieces arranged in the order of rolling and exchanging the orders by units of one or more orders, by searching the optimal saw-cutting plan from the plans, and by performing saw-cutting. SOLUTION: In preparing saw-cutting plans, based on rolling restriction condition such as product series (b) determined for each web height, flange width, and type of an H section steel, product size (c) determined based on web thickness and flange thickness, steel type (d), and restriction level (e) determined by grouping the other various restriction conditions, strapping of orders and a saw-cutting order are set. Then, for providing highest efficiency according to a corresponding facility and the rolling restriction condition in that time order list, unit groups g1-gn grouped for each product series, size, steel type, and restriction level are determined. Finally, by determining the saw-cutting order based on the order list, the saw-cutting plan is prepared.</p> |
