METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING POROUS MOLDED OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method enabling extrusion molding continuously and molding a porous molded object having constant quality in high yield. SOLUTION: A piston type extrusion molding apparatus is used and a material is pressurized by a piston 4 in such a state that an air discharge valve 5 is opened in order to discharge air present in the resin and space part within a cylinder 1 and, after the pressure in the cylinder 1 reaches a predetermined pressure value (98.1 kPa or more), the air discharge valve 5 is closed to perform extrusion molding to mold a porous molded object. A molding apparatus has a pressure gauge 7 for this molding method.
