PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately create an irradiation field configuration for radiotherapy according to a lesion part configuration by determining the irradiation field configuration and an irradiation center on an image formed by a CT simulator, overlapping the irradiation field configuration on an X-ray radioscopy image formed by an X-ray simulator, and displaying them. SOLUTION: A CT simulator 10, in which an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector are accommodated in a CT image pickup gantry 11 such that they revolve around a tunnel portion 12, restructures a tomographic image from X-ray projected data from various angle directions. A subject is loaded on a bed table 30 and inserted into the tunnel portion 12, and an axial tomographic image is photographed. An X-ray simulator 20, which is provided with an X-ray tube 22 and a flat panel type X-ray sensor 23, receives an X-ray radioscopic image from any angle. A computer 40 determines an irradiation field configuration and an irradiation center on an image formed by the CT simulator 10, and they are shown on a display in the state that the irradiation field configuration is overlapped on an X-ray radioscopic image formed by the X-ray simulator 20.
