PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety during nighttime ride and improve design impression of the areas around wheels by illuminating the areas around wheels of automobiles and two-wheelers. SOLUTION: Lamps 30 or other light-emitting elements are installed on the outer surface of a wheel body 22, the surfaces around a wheel center cap, or the inner peripheral surface of a rim 21. A battery or other power supply unit is also provided inside the wheel center cap or the wheel body 22 to equip the wheel with an illuminating function. This enhances safety during nighttime ride and convenience for parking at night. Further, its illuminating function adds to illumination effects and enhances design impression.
