PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaker which is very miniature, lightweight and inexpensive and also has long life and to provide a bodily sensation type mechanical vibration sensing device to which the shaker is applied. SOLUTION: A hollow coil 12 is coaxially held in the inside of a cylindrical outer case 16. Two pieces of magnets 13, 13 sandwich a spacer 15 consisting of a magnetic substance in the insider of the coil 12 and the directions of magnetic poles are mutually opposed, stuck and unified. In this state, both end parts are vibratingly fitted to the outer case 16 through compliances 14, 14. The mechanical vibration sensing device consists of a movable magnet type shaker 1', an amplifier 2 supplying an electric signal and a sensitive means 3 of mechanical vibration information of a chair and a health instrument or the like in which the shaker 1' is installed in a part 31 coming into contact with the human body in order to transfer mechanical vibration to the human body 4.
