DETECTING OF MICROORGANISM AND MICROORGANISM DETECTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for detecting a microorganism, capable of inexpensively and rapidly measuring the number of colonies without dispersion in the detection test of microorganism. SOLUTION: A microorganism is cultured by using a colored medium and colonies which the microorganism forms is detected by a film scanner. A microorganism is cultured by using a colored medium. A microorganism detection tool is photographed by a film scanner having >=2,000 dpi resolving power of at least one of a main scanning direction and a subsidiary scanning direction. The obtained data are treated by a computer.
