PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition having improved absorption capable of quickly eluting the following compound in the gastrointestinal tract and stably exhibiting a desired drug action by making a specific triazole compound amorphous in the presence of a polymer substance. SOLUTION: The compound of the formula, that is, (2R,3R)-2-(2,4- difluorophenyl)-3-[4- 4-[2-(4-trifluoromethoxybenzyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one-4- yl]phenyl}pyperadin-1-yl]-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol (Syn-2869) is made amorphous in the presence of a polymer substance (e.g. hydroxypropylmethyl- cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose phthalate or polyvinylpyrrolidone). It is the best method for producing the objective composition that a solvent is evaporated from a solution of Syn-2869 and a polymer substance in an organic solvent.
