<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a high voltage generating circuit and miniaturizing a circuit board on which the high voltage generating circuit is mounted and a fitting space of the circuit board and further to reduce the number of parts constituting the circuit and part cost in an electrode for dust precipitation mounted on an electric precipitator or the like by preventing leak current from flowing to an electric resistance wire provided inside a heater which is a base body of the electric precipitation pole. SOLUTION: As a base body of a dust collecting pole 70, a glass tube heater 71 is used. High voltage is applied to an oxide catalyst bed 77 having electric conductance provided on the glass tube 75. In this way, dielectric strength between the oxide catalyst bed 77 and the electric resistance wire 76 is increased to enable preventing leak current from flowing to the electric resistance wire 76 when applying high voltage to the oxide catalyst bed 77.</p> |
