<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet tissue or the like which does not generate a skin roughness or the like due to the remaining of a chemical or the like, and has a favorable sterilization effect by a method wherein a base material having water absorbing property is impregnated with an electrolytic water containing a hypohalogenous acid which is obtained by electrolyzing water containing at least a halogen ion. SOLUTION: A feeding device 1 of a wet wiper for disinfection is equipped with an electrolyte solution bottle 3 containing a proper electrolyte solution containing a halogen ion of a specified concentration, a receiving bucket 4 equipped with a level sensor LS, and a quantitative discharging pump 6 which feeds the electrolyte solution to an electrolyzing device 8 through a channel 7, in a cover 2 which covers the front surface of the device. Also, the feeding device 1 is equipped with the electrolyzing device 8 which electrolyzes the electrolyte solution, and a feeding nozzle 10 which discharges and feeds the electrolyte solution being fed through a channel 9, to a sheet- form water-absorbent base material 14. Then, a feeding drum 15 which feeds the water-absorbent base material 14, and a pair of top and bottom guide rollers 11 and 12 which pull out the water-absorbent base material 14 and make it pass the discharging port of the feeding nozzle 10 are provided.</p> |
