<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle waste plastics and sludge through processing as a tile material for sidewalk, a building material drainage ditch, a solid fuel and the like. SOLUTION: A sludge 2 having a solid content concentration of 1-3%, which is produced when public sewerage water, industrial waste liquor, waste water discharged from food industries and the like are processed, is taken in and dried until a water content of 40-60% and a particle size of 3-10 mm are attained so as to produce a dried sludge 2b, which is then packed into a center part of a sludge/waste plastics packing container constituted of a basket or a network structured container. Further, waste plastics containing chlorine such as poly vinyl chloride or the like is taken in and dechlorination treatment and heating-and-melting treatment are carried out. The melted waste plastics 5a which have undergone dechlorination treatment are lacked in an inner circumferential part of the sludge/waste plastics-packing container so as to make a packaged solid matter 8.</p> |
