PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a ring-like product having a complicated sectional shape such as a bearing lace with a seal groove, in high quality and efficiently. SOLUTION: This method uses a forming roll 1 for outer face processing, a mandrel 2 for inner face processing, and a mandrel receiving roll 4, each of which has a processing groove on a peripheral face respectively. A rolling processing is carried out by clamp pressing a raw material ring 3 with the mandrel 2 being inserted through the material, and a processing groove of the outer face process forming roll 1 which clamps the raw material ring 3 and is opposedly positioned outerward. In this case, a diameter of the mandrel 2 for the inner face processing is made to be 60% or below of the raw material ring 3 inner diameter, and a ratio f/v between a pressing velocity f of the ring 3 thickness and a rolling velocity V of the outer face processing forming roll 1 is made in a range at 5.6×10-5<=f/v<=1.5×10-4 for manufacture of a ring like product having a complicated section.
