PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust height by making the shape of a height adjusting member substantially the same as that of a lower surface of a main body part, inserting the main body into a bag body in a form that the main body part is mounted on the height adjusting member and enabling to take the height adjusting member out of/in the bag body. SOLUTION: A highest pillow is set to 12 cm, a lowest pillow is set to 8 cm and the height of the pillow is changeably designed into three stages of 8 cm, 10 cm and 12 cm. Therefore, a pillow main body part 2 becomes 8 cm. Two sheets of height adjusting members 3 with thickness of 2 cm are used. The pillow main body part 2 and the two sheets of the height adjusting members 3 are only overlapped and are not bonded. The size of the pillow main body part 2 is made to be 45 cm in width and 33 cm in depth and is manufactured by using polyurethane foam as a material. The height adjusting member 3 is made to be a cube of 2×45×33 cm in size and is manufactured by using polyurethane foam as a material. The manufactured middle material 1 is put into a bag body. After a user actually tries the pillow, the height adjusting members 3 are increased/decreased according to his taste.
