PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal preventing structure for a nut unit. SOLUTION: This removal preventing structure for a nut unit comprises an embedded screw bar 2 formed by drilling a lock member insertion hole 21 and a wedge material driving vertical hole 22, fixing nut unit 3 screwed to this embedded screw bar 2, lock member 4 fitted into the lock member insertion hole 21, cap unit 5 fitted to an upper end part of the embedded screw bar 2 to be formed with a lock recessed part 52 in an internal peripheral surface and to be formed by drilling a through hole 51 in the upper part center, and a wedge material 6 driven in the wedge material driving vertical hole 22. In this constitution, by driving the wedge material 6 into the wedge material driving vertical hole 22, both end parts of the lock member 4 are protruded from the lock member insertion hole 21, so as to lock a protruded part thereof to the lock recessed part 52 of the cap unit 5. Consequently, the cap unit can not be removed from the upper end part of the embedded screw bar 2, and the fixing nut unit 3 can not be removed.
