PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting hardware capable of very easily and surely connecting the fellow metal-made hardware members in a condition piled together thereof. SOLUTION: In this connecting hardware 1 for connecting the fellow metal- made members 2, 3 formed by a plate-shaped element in a condition piled together, a plurality of first fitting pieces 5, 5 fitted to a hole 2b formed in the plate-shaped element of one metal-made member 2 are vertically provided to protrude in one surface side of a base board part 4, a plurality of second fitting pieces 6, 6 fitted to a hole 3b formed in the plate-shaped element of the other metal-made member 3 are vertically provided to protrude in the other surface side of the base board part 4, and elastic lock parts 5a, 6a elastically deformed in the case of fitting respectively to the holes 2b, 3b to be returned by elastic force after fitting so as to impede coming out from the holes 2b, 3b are formed in the first/second fitting pieces 5, 6.
