PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a speaker grille improving workability in recycle disassembly. SOLUTION: A speaker grill 2 is fixed to a package tray trim 1. A rotary pawl 10 is supported through bosses 11 in a peripheral part of the speaker grill 2, the rotary pawl 10 is engaged with a peripheral edge part of a mounting opening provided to open in the package tray trim 1. The rotary pawl 10 is constituted by roughly L-shaped bending pieces 12, 13, to be rotatably supported by the bosses 11 in almost the central part thereof. One bending piece 12 of the rotary pawl 10 has a small protruded piece 16 elastically abutting to a reverse surface of the package tray trim 1, and this small protruded piece 16 bites in the reverse surface of the package tray trim 1 by rotating the rotary pawl 10.
