PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reporting the failure of the acquisition of image for calibration. SOLUTION: The presence/absence of an irradiation diaphragm is judged in a diaphragm presence/absence circuit 113a from the images photographed for the calibration, and in the case of judging that the diaphragm is present, an irradiation end part is extracted in an irradiation area extraction circuit 113b. A judgment circuit 113c judges that the diaphragm is absent in the case that the extracted irradiation end part is at a fixed position of the image and that the diaphragm is present in the case that it is not at the fixed position. In the case that the diaphragm is present, it is considered that the entire surface of a two-dimensional X-ray sensor 104 is not irradiated with X-rays and an alarm circuit 113d sends alarm signals to an alarming device 112 for generating buzzer sound or the like and an image display device 111 for displaying the image for urging attention or the like.
