PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occurrence of a problem of a false judgement that a temperature sensor has come off at the time when oil is added during heating, by a method wherein the temperature sensor is fitted on a pot which is mounted on a heating source, and in which an oil is contained, and for a micro-computer which controls the heating source based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, a program to judge the removal of the temperature sensor, is provided. SOLUTION: On a main body 1, a heater 2 which is a heating source is set, and on the heater 2, a pot 3 is mounted. Then, the control of the heater 2 is performed by a control element 4 which is driven by a signal from a control substrate 5. That is, during a heating of the pot 3, the temperature of an oil in the pot 3 which is detected by a temperature sensor 7 detachably fitted on the pot 3 with an attaching metal fixture 8, is checked at every specified period of time which is determined in advance. Since the temperature change of the oil in this case is either one of an ascent, a descent and being stable, when an ascent or being stable is detected even once during another specified period of time, until a continuous descending temperature change is detected from a point when a descending temperature change has been detected again, the removal of the fitting of the temperature sensor 7 is prevented from being judged.
