PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control at the time of distribution and storage and extend a working life. SOLUTION: A leaching membrane 26 is provided at a chemical outlet 18 at the lower end of a cartridge case 25, while an air outlet 27 is provided at the upper end of the case. Air-permeable hydrophobic membranes 28a, 28b having hydrophobic properties are disposed, spaced apart from each other, near the outlet 27 within the case 25 to form an air chamber 29 between the membranes 28a, 28b. Chemicals, in the form of a power or solid, are filled into a space 31 between the membrane 28b and the membrane 26. At the time of distribution and storage, water is prevented from being fed into the case, and water is fed into the space 31 when a shower is first used. Thus the space 31 is liquidly sealed by means of the membrane 28b, and hence the hydrophobic property of the membrane 28b can be maintained for a long period of time by ensuring the space 31 on one side of the membrane. Further, air bubbles are discharged to the outside through the membranes 28a, 28b so that the chemicals are not pushed out by the air bubbles. |
