PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of corrugated deformation even if a stud position is displaced in the structure that clip engaging grooves provided in both ends of a molding member to be installed in a groove part with a lock claw of a clip by circularly projecting the lock claw toward the clip engaging grooves. SOLUTION: In the case where a stud 3 is arranged while displaced from the center line C of a panel bonding groove 2, an abutment point 11b in relation to an outside surface 2c of the panel bonding groove of an end surface of a positioning projection is moved, and a clip 4 is inclined in relation to the panel bonding groove 2 by the movement of the abutment point 11b. But since the lock claw 8 is formed into a circular shape, a clip engaging groove 12a of a roof molding is engaged with the lock claw 8 at one point, and generation of corrugated deformation of the roof molding with inclination of the clip 4 is prevented. Especially, dimension between the clip engaging grooves 12a is always maintained equal to the diameter.
