PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of clamping by the engagement of the end part of a tie bar with a half nut and to enable the integration of a fixed board with the half nut and the formation of the movable clearance of the half nut by installing a clamping position adjusting device between the fixed board and a clamping device. SOLUTION: The end part on the fixed board 1 side of a tie bar 5 positioned on the operation side is clamped by a half nut 76 of a clamping device 7 on the outside of the fixed board 1. A clamping position adjusting device 8 having an adjustment cylinder 81 is installed between the clamping device and the fixed board 1. The outside end surface of the adjustment cylinder 81 is contacted with the side of the clamping device 7 by the rotation of the cylinder 81. Clamping force is applied to the clamping device 7 and the tie bar 5 through the clamping position adjusting device 8.
