PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high color density by incorporating a solvent absorption layer of a porous polyolefin material and an image recording layer containing a polymer binder and a colloidal silica bonded to a silane coupling agent, thereby holding a coloring agent. SOLUTION: A silica colloidal suspension and water are mixed, and a coating suspension is prepared. Then, N-(2-aminoethyl)-3- aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, a polyamide and polyethyleneimine solution are added while being agitated. A support is coated with the suspension by an extrusion coating machine. Thus, a color retention ratio can be improved, and a high color density can be obtained. |
