PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beverage blended with an extract of grape rinds and seeds, excellent in dispersion stability, preservation property and antibacterial property, and useful for the prevention of a heart disease, etc., by admixing a crude extract of grape rinds and seeds containing polyphenols and a sugar. SOLUTION: This beverage blended with an extract of grape rinds and seeds is obtained by heating, at >=80 deg.C, a mixed liquid (its sugar content is preferably >=30%) obtained by mixing a crude extract of grape rinds and seeds containing polyphenols such as a compressed lees, etc., discharged in the production process of a wine or a grape juice with one or more kinds of sugars selected from the group consisting of a fructose glucose liquid sugar, fructose, maltose, maltitol, sorbitol, fructo-oligo sugar, xylo-oligo sugar, isomalto-oligo sugar, nigero-oligo sugar, gentio-oligo sugar, soybean-oligo sugar and lactosucrose. |
