<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding easy in machining such as cutting and having natural color tone by sticking a slurry containing cement, a siliceous material and a pigment on the surface of finely pulverized aggregate consisting essentially of a cement material and a siliceous material and hardening. SOLUTION: Base aggregate 21 is a main member of colored aggregate 10 and is composed of an inorganic solid material pulverized into fine particles and consisting essentially of a cement material and a siliceous material. As an inorganic solid material, one obtained by dehydrating excess slurry generated in the production process of a lightweight concrete product by a filter press to solidify is used. A colored layer 31 is obtained by applying a desired color on the surface of the base aggregate 21 with a desired thickness and giving a desired color pattern to the cross-section of the colored aggregate 10, consists essentially of the cement material and the siliceous material and is composed of a sticking dried material of colored slurry containing a pigment having a desired color as a coloring agent with water. The colored slurry is applied on the surface of the base aggregate 21 and hardened to form the colored layer 31 on the surface of the base aggregate 21.</p> |
