PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete placing equipment and placing method in a slip form construction method which can effectively carry out an execution. SOLUTION: A plurality of openable valves 8 are provided at spaces on a horizontal placing pipe 6 provided on the scaffold frame of a slip form mold to successively ascend with the progress of execution, and a placing hose 6 is connected to each of the valves 8. In a process for placing the concrete into the slip form mold, the concrete is supplied to the horizontal placing pipe 6, and a plurality of valves 8 provided on the horizontal placing pipe 6 is successively opened to place the concrete in a space inside the mold.
