By the method, the position of the buried structure (2) can be determined with a high S/N. Even if a defective voxel is present in the three-dimensional voxel data, a linear interpolation step of carrying out linear interpolation in a predetermined direction in the x-y plane containing the defective voxel is executed to simply interpolate the defective voxel.</p>
