PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently eliminate miscellaneous germs while reducing the consumption of liquid by discharging gas containing an antibacterial agent in a container stored in a case, at a nearly constant quantity without being influenced by outside air temperature. SOLUTION: A case 2 with an intake port 6 and a discharge port 7 is provided inside with a fan 16 sucking outside air from the intake port 6 and exhausting it from the discharge port 7; a container 10 for storing liquid 11 intermixed with an antibacterial agent; and an exuding member 12 for exuding the liquid 11 in the container 10 to a mouth part of the container 10 by the action of a capillary phenomenon. A control device 20 is provided to input a signal from a temperature sensor 17 and to increase the operating quantity of the fan 16 when the outside air temperature is low while reducing the operating quantity of the fan 16 when the outside air temperature is high.
