PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the change in contact area with a human body in regulating the hardness of a treatment device. SOLUTION: A treatment device 1 comprises a treatment part 2 consisting of an elastic material whose outer circumferential surface forms a contact surface with a human body, and a plurality of regulation pins 4 which are on the inner circumferential side of the treatment part 2 and variable in position in the radial direction, where one ends of the pins abut on an inner circumferential surface of the treatment part 2. The treatment part 2 can be harder by moving the regulation pins 4 in the outer circumferential direction, and the regulation pins 4 are moved to the inner circumferential side to soften the treatment part 2.
