PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic device capable of safely and surely fixing an examinee and obtaining X-ray images with little artifacts. SOLUTION: This X-ray image diagnostic device is provided with, in a supporting part 19, a balloon for injecting gas so as to be in tight contact with the body surface of the examinee 4 and support the examinee 4 at the time of obtaining the X-ray images by an image fetch part 9 and a pump 14 for controlling the injection or discharge of fluid to/from the balloon. The pump 14 is attached to the lower part of a seat part and is rotated together with the examinee 4 at the time of photographing. After photographing is ended, air is immediately exhausted from the pump 14, the balloon is contracted and the examinee 4 is made able to get off from the seat part.
