PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a partition member horizontally near and along a roof by devising the structure of the partition member. SOLUTION: A partition net 18 has a width for a perfect fit between fitting parts 9 on right and left, and a lower shaft 20 has both ends made retractile to have nearly the same length as the width of the partition net 18. When the lower shaft 20 is swung up, both its ends no longer butt against side windowpanes 5 on right and left, so that the partition net 18 can be stored in a horizontal posture.
