PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain optimization of an adjustment range, maintenance of cushion capability, easy mounting and wiring, downsizing, and easy maintenance. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a vertically moving mechanism which vertically-moves the front part and the rear part of a vehicle seat independently, and the vertically moving mechanism is activated by two of a rear motor 34 and a front motor 35. A rear link and a front link are disposed respectively on the right and left sides of the vertically moving device, the right and left sides of the rear link and the front link are connected respectively by a rear operation connecting shaft 25 and a front side operating connecting shaft 31, and driven gears 32, 33 are fixed respectively to the rear operation connecting shaft 25 and the front operation connecting shaft 31, and output gears 36, 37 to which the rotation of the rear motor 34 and the front motor 35 are transmitted are engaged respectively with the respective driven gears 32, 33.
