摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge fine dust while reducing a structural height of a reactor and intentionally regulating the amount of the fine dust by taking out the fine dust of a fluidized bed reactor for oxychlorinating ethylene through a specific filter from a dome part of the reactor. SOLUTION: Fine dust in the interior of a fluidized bed reactor 1 especially for oxychlorinating ethyleneis taken out through candle-shaped filters 5 and 5a, especially candle-shaped sintered metal filters from a dome part 6 of the reactor 1, and exhausted, and a reaction gas mixture is quenched. Preferably, a branch as a bypass flow containing the fine dust having a prescribed particle size or the size smaller than that in a prescribed proportion is exhausted from the reactor 1 besides the main flow. One or more base plates 4 having the candle-shaped sintered metal filters 5 are preferably installed in the dome part 6 of the reactor 1, and if necessary, the candle-shaped filters 5 are preferably dipped in the upper part of the fluidized bed 2.
