PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the control function of yaw moment by reducing internal friction. SOLUTION: This differential device is provided with a bevel gear type differential mechanism 39 distributing the driving force of an engine to the wheel side, and a yaw moment control mechanism consisting of a set of transmission gears 91, 93, a set of speed increasing side gears 95 a set of speed reducing side gears, multiple disc clutches 105, 121, hydraulic actuators 107, 123 and so on. Respective differential rotating parts involve low-frictional parts such as low-friction coating 136, a spherical washer 137, a bush 139, and thrust bearings 74, 104, and an oil flow passage for feeding oil to them to decrease frictional resistance further.
