PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the revolution of a hollow motor without mounting a sensor concentric to a hollow shaft by a method wherein a driving shaft is provided in the hollow shaft, to which a motor is mounted, and, in addition, the sensor for detecting the resolution of the hollow shaft is provided at the position, which is radially off the driving shaft. SOLUTION: At the foreward part of a driving part casing, a metering motor 44 consisting of a stator and a rotor as a hollow motor. A sleeve 18 at the front end of which a large diameter gear 91 is fixed with bolts b21, is fixed to the front end of a rotor shaft 56 with bolts b8. Further, an encoder 84 is mounted to a front cover 13 so as to detect the revolution of the rotor shaft 56 through a small diameter gear 92 connected to the encoder 84 and the large diameter gear 91. The large diameter gear 91 and the small diameter gear 92 compose a gear train 89. Accordingly, the revolution of the metering motor can be detected without mounting a sensor concentric to the rotor shaft 56.
