摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface property of a molding by charging a die in contact with an insulating material positive and charging the insulating material in contact with the die negative by keeping in a polarized state while an assembly composed of the die and the insulating material is in contact to reduce or avoid hot adhesive property. SOLUTION: A conductive layer 6 of the die 2 and a conductive layer 7 of a supporting member 3 of a transparent glass plate are respectively connected to the current of a power source 5 with a live wire 4. And polarization is generated by passing current or impressing voltage. The conductive layers 6, 7 conducting current and acting as a fitting member of a capacitor and the transparent glass 1 composed of a window glass 1a and an enamel 1b and acting as a dielectric or a part of the dielectric are existed. The surface of the die 2 to be in contact with the insulating material 1 is charged positive and the surface of the supporting member 3 to be in contact with the insulating material 1 is charged negative. The defect of the hot adhesive property between the die 2 and the inorganic insulating material such as a glass or the like is eliminated by the molding process.
