PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the development of a situation receiving damage by keeping a formed image on a paper sheet delivered from an equipment body into contact with a driven roller constituting a delivery in the color image forming equipment. SOLUTION: A delivery for the image forming equipment is provided with: a delivery roller 11 rotated and driven by securing to a driving shaft; a driven roller made of a resin 12 driven and rotated by pressing against the delivery roller 11; and a filler 15 placed for detecting transit by attaching to a paper sheet transmitting between both the rollers 11, 12. Where, the driven roller made of the resin 12 has a burred part at an axial one end edge only. The axial position relation of both the rollers 11, 12 is established so that the burred part of the driven roller made of the resin 12 may not keep into contact with the delivery roller 11 at its peripheral surface. The direction of the driven roller made of the resin 12 relative to the filler is established so that the burred part may not be located at the filler side.
