PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition capable of exhibiting rapid adhesivity to various kinds of substrates at low heating temperature by adding a compound having aβ-diketone structure to an addition reaction type polyorganosiloxane composition. SOLUTION: This adhesive polyorganosiloxane composition is obtained by adding (D) a compound selected from (i) an unsaturated group-containingβ- diketone compound of formula I and/or formula II (R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon; R2 is H, an alkyl or the like; and R3, R4 are each an alkenyl) and (ii) an organic silicon compound which has Si-H bonds and to whose Si atoms aβ-diketone structure-containing group of formula III, V and/or V (R5 is an slkyl; Q1 is a 2-6C alkylene; and Q2 is a 3-6C alkylene) to a composition comprising (A) a polyorganosiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups bound to Si atoms, (B) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having three or more hydrogen atoms bound to Si atoms in the molecule, and (C) a platinum-based catalyst.
