PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain color shift from occurring to a full color image by a method wherein a thermosensitive color recording paper is nipped with a thermal head and a platen roller when the recording paper is put in the return direction on thermal recordings for each of colors, and the thermal head is heated within a range wherein a thermosensitive coloring layer for the next recording is not colored. SOLUTION: A thermosensitive color recording paper 10 is nipped with a platen roller 35 and a thermal head 37. The recording paper 10 is fed is reciprocating motion with the platen roller 35 driven in normal rotation or reverse rotation. The recording paper 10 is fed in the direction of printing and a yellow image is recorded thereon, and the yellow image is fixed with a yellow fixation device 53. Then, the recording paper 10 is fed back by reverse rotation of the platen roller 35. Then, a magenta image is recorded on the recording area whereon the yellow image is recorded. With a cyanic image recorded likewise, a full color image is formed. A heat energy is applied to the recording paper 10 with the thermal head 37 when the recording paper 10 is returned in intervals of each of therma recordings. Thereby, head-touching almost the same as the time of printing can be obtained and the recording paper 10 can be returned precisely, and full color images can be recorded simply with color shift restrained. |
