PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cylindrical molding having excellent molding dimensional accuracy and molding strength by eliminating occurrence of flash. SOLUTION: The molding machine for a cylindrical molding comprises a transfer pot 2 opened with an upper surface of a lower mold 1 in the mold 1. A compression plunger 3 is vertically movably provided in the pot 2. A core mold 5 inserted into the pot 2 and formed with a cavity 4 formed between the mold 5 and a periphery of the pot 2 is projected from an upper mold 6. A molding material charged in the pot 2 is lifted by the plunger 3 into the cavity 4, and a cylindrical molding is formed. In this case, a pressure regulating hole 9 opened with the pot 2 is formed at the mold 5, and a pressure regulating plunger 10 moving upward in the hole 9 by a pressure of the material lifted by he plunger 3 and charged in the hole 9 is provided in the hole 9. |
